Here are answers to the most common questions about our boiler service plans.
We'll get in touch to arrange your annual service in the month your contract is due for renewal. We'll find a date and time that works for you - Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. If you need something different, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Our service plans are maintenance contracts, not insurance policies. The key difference is that a maintenance plan is proactive: we service your boiler regularly and give you priority access when something goes wrong, rather than just paying out after the fact. Many homeowners find it a more personal and practical alternative to a big insurance provider.

Breakdowns caused by sludge or scale build-up, pre-existing faults, or issues with mains supplies aren't included. Full details are in our terms and conditions.
